Are you a seasoned Material Control professional with a background in the high-paced ICT sector? PERSOL is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Material Controller to join our project delivery team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain efficiency, ensuring that all mission-critical materials, hardware, and equipment are accurately tracked, delivered on time, and managed in compliance with project specifications.
As a key member of our operations team, you will act as a bridge between procurement, logistics, and site engineering teams. We are looking for someone who thrives in complex environments, possesses a deep understanding of inventory management software, and can maintain rigorous standards of accuracy to prevent project delays. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end material flow from procurement to site delivery, ensuring 100% stock accuracy.
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures for all ICT-related equipment and components.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehousing teams to ensure timely distribution to project sites.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Generate and analyze daily/weekly material status reports to identify potential supply chain bottlenecks.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all incoming and outgoing goods in accordance with project audit requirements.
- Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in shipments or documentation promptly.
- Enforce safety and handling protocols for specialized technical equipment within the warehouse facility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Material Control, preferably within the ICT or Telecommunications industry.
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical specifications and BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional, multicultural teams.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure environments and meet tight project deadlines.
- Familiarity with local Indonesian logistics regulations and customs documentation is highly desirable.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
