- Manage the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and purchase order creation
- Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming materials and products
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective inventory control systems
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure material availability
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast requirements, and optimize stock levels
- Implement and maintain proper storage procedures to protect materials and ensure accessibility
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to production areas
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material control processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in material control, inventory management, or procurement
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and supply chain operations
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with various departments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
