YOFC International is seeking a dedicated Material Control Specialist to join our manufacturing facility in Jawa Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our material flow is seamless, accurate, and optimized for production.
As part of our dynamic team, you will oversee the full lifecycle of material management. From monitoring inventory levels to coordinating with warehouse staff and conducting precise stock reconciliations, your work will directly impact our ability to meet production targets and maintain high quality standards. We are looking for an analytical mind who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a proactive approach to problem-solving within logistics.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor end-to-end material flow to ensure zero-stoppage in production lines.
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and issuance of goods.
- Execute regular stock reconciliations to maintain 99.9% inventory accuracy.
- Manage the documentation process for incoming and outgoing materials according to SOPs.
- Collaborate with procurement and production departments to align material availability with manufacturing schedules.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on material consumption and stock status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in material control or inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a target-driven industrial setting.
