In this role, you will play a pivotal part in simplifying complex scientific and mathematical concepts for Lower Secondary students.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-quality classroom teaching for Lower Secondary Math and Science subjects.
- Develop and explain complex concepts in an engaging and accessible manner.
- Guide students through practical exercises, ensuring they understand the underlying logic rather than just rote memorization.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to both students and management.
- Create a structured yet supportive group learning environment.
- Identify learning gaps in students and provide tailored supplemental practice materials.
- Foster an inquisitive and proactive learning culture among students.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tutoring or classroom teaching, preferably at the Lower Secondary level.
- Strong command of the English language is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Lower Secondary Math and Science curricula.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and mentorship.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively and keep students motivated.
