Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in intensive training modules covering production management, quality control, and factory operations.
- Rotate across various factory departments to gain comprehensive exposure to manufacturing workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and optimize operational efficiency.
- Support floor managers in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards.
- Develop and execute assigned projects that contribute to the plant's overall productivity targets.
- Present business case studies and improvement proposals to senior factory leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) from reputable universities in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or Food Technology).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; maximum 1 year of working experience.
- Strong leadership potential, excellent problem-solving skills, and a high level of analytical thinking.
- Willing to be assigned to any Mayora factory locations across Indonesia.
- Proficiency in English is required; excellent communication skills are a must.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Passion for the manufacturing industry and willingness to learn complex technical processes.
