Stella International, a global leader in premium footwear manufacturing, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ME Staff (Manufacturing Engineering) to join our production team in Sukoharjo. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between design concepts and large-scale production, ensuring that our footwear trial processes are executed with precision and efficiency.
As an ME Staff member, you will oversee the technical aspects of the shoe manufacturing workflow. Your primary responsibility is to manage the trial production process, monitor adherence to technical standards, and facilitate seamless communication between our international clients and the factory floor. We are looking for a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is dedicated to maintaining the high quality standards synonymous with Stella International.
You will play a critical role in identifying production bottlenecks, analyzing feedback from trial runs, and implementing improvements to optimize throughput. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise footwear trial production runs from prototype to pre-production phase.
- Analyze technical specifications and ensure they are accurately translated into the production workflow.
- Collect and synthesize feedback from trial stages to troubleshoot issues and optimize manufacturing methods.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production teams to meet delivery timelines.
- Prepare detailed technical reports on trial results and process performance for management and client review.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage in the production line.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients regarding production status and technical requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in footwear manufacturing or a similar mass-production industry.
- Strong understanding of footwear construction, material properties, and manufacturing engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
