Are you an experienced technical leader with a passion for industrial machinery and fleet maintenance? Intisumber Bajasakti is currently seeking a highly skilled Mechanic & Electrical Leader to join our operations team in Cikupa, Banten. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the preventative and corrective maintenance of our diverse fleet and specialized lifting equipment.
The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in both mechanical systems and electrical infrastructure, ensuring that our heavy-duty vehicles and material handling equipment operate at peak efficiency. You will lead a dedicated team, implement rigorous maintenance schedules, and troubleshoot complex technical issues to minimize downtime. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily maintenance activities for heavy machinery including Hoist Cranes and Forklifts.
- Direct maintenance and repair operations for our diverse truck fleet (CDD, Tronton, Trailer, Fuso).
- Ensure optimal performance of electrical infrastructure and power generation equipment, including Gensets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance programs to extend asset lifespan.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the workshop technical team to ensure high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage spare parts inventory and service scheduling.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, reduce recurring failures, and optimize maintenance costs.
- Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and operational protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, fleet management, or industrial electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of truck mechanics (Fuso, Tronton, Trailer) and material handling equipment (Hoist Crane, Forklift).
- Proven proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including Gensets and industrial control systems.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a technical workshop team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Relevant technical certification or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Willingness to be based in Cikupa, Banten.
