Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement mechanical and electrical systems for various construction projects
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for M&E systems
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during installation and commissioning phases
- Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and maintenance planning
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and industry standards
- Prepare cost estimates and monitor project budgets related to M&E systems
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in M&E engineering
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E engineering or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other engineering tools
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, codes, and standards
- Experience with project management methodologies and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Professional certification (e.g., PE, P.Eng) is an advantage
