Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system failures, including PLC, sensors, and motor controls.
- Perform daily inspections to ensure all machinery operates within safety and performance parameters.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize machine downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory accurately.
- Execute system upgrades or retrofits as required by production needs.
- Adhere strictly to K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards and company environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and control systems.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic testing equipment (multimeters, etc.).
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule as required by production demand.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working effectively under minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for rapid equipment recovery.
