  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time to improve performance and maximize return on investment
  • Identify and scale profitable advertising campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging
  • Manage advertising budgets and ensure strategic allocation of spend across channels
  • Generate detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying and campaign management
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms including Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in data analysis and performance metrics interpretation
  • Solid understanding of programmatic advertising and real-time bidding concepts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications are advantageous
