Tanggung Jawab
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding health-related programs and initiatives.
- Review and validate medical content to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with local health regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate medical best practices into service delivery.
- Act as a medical representative for the company, addressing inquiries and maintaining professional communication.
- Monitor and analyze emerging health trends and regulatory changes that may impact company operations.
- Support the development of clinical protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct periodic clinical assessments and provide recommendations for continuous quality improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Medical Degree (Profesi Dokter) from an accredited university.
- Must hold a valid and active Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR).
- Proven clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or corporate health environment.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian health regulations and medical ethical standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based, dynamic corporate setting.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
