Dongbang Medical Global is a leader in innovative medical aesthetic solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Aesthetic Sales Representative to expand our footprint across key regions, including Kalimantan, Bandung, and Sulawesi. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and medical practitioners, providing them with our world-class medical aesthetic products and technologies.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the medical aesthetic industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in consultative sales. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving regional sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate and grow the market in assigned territories (Kalimantan, Bandung, and Sulawesi).
- Actively prospect and onboard new clinics, aesthetic centers, and medical practitioners.
- Conduct professional product presentations and live demonstrations of medical aesthetic devices and consumables.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and medical professionals.
- Provide clinical support and product training to clinic staff to ensure optimal product utilization.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to management regarding performance and pipeline health.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or aesthetic products.
- Strong understanding of medical aesthetic procedures and skin anatomy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned territories.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation.
- Strong organizational skills with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team goals.
