Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets for aesthetic treatments and products.
- Provide comprehensive consultations to clients, recommending personalized treatment plans based on their aesthetic goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on the benefits and safety of our aesthetic procedures.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and inquiry handling to final appointment booking.
- Keep updated on the latest industry technologies, medical aesthetic trends, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the clinic's medical team to ensure seamless service delivery and client experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the medical aesthetic, beauty, or wellness industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
