The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter who excels at building long-term relationships while consistently hitting ambitious sales targets. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting new clinical accounts to navigating complex tender processes. If you possess a blend of clinical aptitude, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for healthcare advancement, we invite you to help us expand our market footprint across South Sumatra.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and medical centers.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and live demonstrations for medical staff and procurement teams.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to contract closing.
  • Provide clinical education and support to healthcare providers regarding the proper application of our medical devices.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and manage orders, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with the logistics department.
  • Execute systematic follow-ups on accounts receivable and manage tender documentation requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in medical device sales or a related healthcare sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of the medical equipment market and hospital procurement processes in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting rigorous sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic administrative reporting.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required by business needs.
  • Resilient, goal-driven, and highly organized with a professional demeanor.
