Astra Otoparts is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Devices Representative to join our expanding team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between cutting-edge medical technology and healthcare providers, ensuring our clients receive the best solutions to improve patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a deep understanding of the medical equipment or pharmaceutical landscape. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with medical professionals, hospitals, and clinics, driving product adoption, and exceeding sales targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories across Jakarta.
- Present and demonstrate medical devices to surgeons, physicians, and procurement departments.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product performance to adjust sales strategies.
- Provide technical support and training to clinical staff regarding the proper usage of medical devices.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates for management.
- Participate in medical exhibitions, conferences, and seminars to promote company brand and products.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Pharmacy, Biology, Nursing, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales or marketing experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in medical sales are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with medical professionals.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle (highly preferred).
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English for professional correspondence.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
