As a Medical Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, building strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle in your assigned territory. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the medical landscape in Medan, and a proactive mindset to exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve territory growth objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct regular product presentations and educational sessions to healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure efficient stock management and product distribution within the assigned territory.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights for management.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and internal company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Nursing, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role is highly preferred.
- Possess a deep understanding of the Medan healthcare market and network.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
