Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate medical intervention and first aid to employees in emergency situations.
- Manage the industrial clinic operations and ensure medical equipment is well-maintained and ready for deployment.
- Coordinate with local hospitals and medical facilities for urgent patient transfers and evacuations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records and incident reports for all clinical encounters.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and contribute to occupational health risk assessments.
- Educate staff on basic health and safety protocols to mitigate workplace injuries.
- Assist in the implementation of emergency medical response plans and drill simulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in emergency units (IGD), hospitals, or industrial clinics.
- Possess a valid and up-to-date certificate in Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS).
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing or related medical field is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and decisive during high-stress medical emergencies.
- Proficiency in local language and understanding of industrial health regulations.
- Willingness to work on-site in Konawe Utara and adapt to flexible shift schedules.
