- Develop and execute the international medical performance strategy to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Integrate digital innovation and AI-driven insights into medical affairs workflows to optimize operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, R&D, and Digital teams to align medical outcomes with corporate strategy.
- Establish robust KPIs and metrics to track the impact of medical initiatives on patient outcomes and brand value.
- Drive innovation in medical engagement models, focusing on omnichannel strategies and evidence-based storytelling.
- Mentor and coach regional teams to build a culture of high performance, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to global compliance and ethical standards in all innovative medical activities.
Kualifikasi
- Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD) in a relevant scientific or medical discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with an international scope.
- Proven track record in leading organizational change and implementing digital or process innovations.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, regulatory frameworks, and market access dynamics in the international/APAC region.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive complex, cross-regional projects.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting clinical data and medical metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate diverse cultural environments.
