Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests on biological specimens to support diagnosis.
- Analyze samples such as blood, urine, and tissue using advanced laboratory equipment and automated analyzers.
- Maintain strict adherence to quality control and safety protocols to ensure reliable and accurate test results.
- Prepare accurate and timely laboratory reports for medical professionals and pathologists.
- Monitor inventory levels of reagents, chemicals, and laboratory supplies to ensure operational continuity.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and internal laboratory audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related scientific field.
- Valid certification or license as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLA/MLT).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data analysis and specimen handling.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting findings to medical staff and clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) and data entry software.
