- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology
- Collect, process, and analyze biological specimens following strict protocols
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment ensuring proper calibration and functionality
- Document test results accurately and maintain detailed laboratory records
- Adhere to quality control standards and participate in proficiency testing
- Follow safety protocols for handling hazardous materials and biological specimens

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Laboratory Science, or related field
- Valid PRC license as Medical Technologist
- Minimum 1 year clinical laboratory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and testing methodologies
- Proficiency in laboratory information systems and data management
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
