Tanggung Jawab
- Perform complex clinical laboratory tests including hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and immunology
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment ensuring optimal functionality
- Execute quality control procedures and participate in proficiency testing programs
- Analyze biological specimens and accurately document test results
- Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely result reporting
- Maintain laboratory inventory and participate in process improvement initiatives
- Train and mentor junior laboratory staff on procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related laboratory science field
- Valid PRC license as Medical Technologist with at least 3 years post-licensure experience
- Proficiency in automated laboratory equipment and LIS systems
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and quality assurance standards
- Ability to perform complex laboratory procedures with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
