Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a wide range of complex laboratory tests and analyses on clinical specimens according to established protocols.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain sophisticated laboratory instrumentation to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure stringent adherence to Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) standards for all testing procedures.
- Analyze and validate test results, reporting critical values to the medical team in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and escalate complex problems to senior technologists or supervisors.
- Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records in compliance with hospital and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing competency training and continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related discipline.
- Possess a valid certification or registration with the relevant laboratory professional body (if applicable).
- Prior experience in a clinical or hospital laboratory setting is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and adapt to rotating shift patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective teamwork.
- Proficiency in Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and standard office software.
