Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and specialized clinical immunology tests, including autoimmune serology, allergy testing, and protein electrophoresis.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced laboratory analyzers and equipment to ensure accurate and timely results.
- Adhere to and enforce rigorous quality control and assurance protocols in line with ISO 15189 standards.
- Analyze and verify test results, promptly recognizing abnormal findings and initiating corrective actions.
- Participate in the evaluation, validation, and implementation of new assays, reagents, and technologies.
- Collaborate with referring physicians, pathologists, and healthcare teams to provide technical guidance and specialized consultation.
- Contribute to the training and supervision of junior staff, medical students, and laboratory trainees.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, or a closely related discipline.
- Valid registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) of Singapore, or eligibility to obtain registration upon appointment.
- Experience in a clinical immunology or hospital diagnostic laboratory is highly advantageous. Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials are encouraged to apply.
- Comprehensive understanding of immunology, serology, and molecular biology principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and standard office software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.
