Tanggung Jawab
- Perform molecular pathology tests including PCR, DNA sequencing, and genetic analysis
- Process and analyze histopathology specimens through tissue preparation, embedding, sectioning, and staining
- Operate and maintain specialized laboratory equipment with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Interpret test results and provide comprehensive reports to pathologists and clinicians
- Implement quality control procedures and participate in laboratory accreditation processes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support diagnostic decision-making
- Contribute to research initiatives and process improvement projects
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, or related field
- Registration with Singapore Medical Laboratory Technologist Board (SMLTB)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in molecular pathology and histopathology
- Proficiency in molecular biology techniques and histology methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Certification in molecular diagnostics or histopathology preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
