Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on blood, tissue, and other specimens
- Analyze test results using automated laboratory equipment and manual techniques
- Accurately record data in the Laboratory Information System (LIS)
- Adhere to quality control standards and laboratory safety protocols
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with pathologists and medical staff on complex cases
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for laboratory processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Laboratory Science, or related field
- Professional certification as Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical laboratory experience
- Proficiency in Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
- Strong knowledge of laboratory quality control procedures
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
