In this role, you will be the backbone of our clinical data management, ensuring that patient medical records are handled with the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and efficiency to support our medical teams in providing world-class care.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the systematic distribution of Medical Record files based on daily patient visit schedules.
- Ensure seamless transition of patient records between clinical departments and consultation rooms.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and patient information documentation within the system.
- Execute strict filing protocols to prevent loss or misplacement of sensitive patient documents.
- Perform regular audits of medical records to ensure compliance with health data privacy regulations.
- Coordinate with medical personnel to retrieve urgent records for patient consultations or procedures.
- Archive inactive files according to company policy and national medical record retention standards.
- Report any discrepancies in documentation to the Department Supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Medical Record and Health Information or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical medical record department is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and standard record-keeping practices.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Highly disciplined with a strong sense of integrity regarding patient data confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis in the BSD, Tangerang area.
