Tanggung Jawab
- Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, specialists, and pharmacists
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key medical stakeholders in Balikpapan region
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve targets
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, or related health sciences
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across assigned territory
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent presentation and product knowledge capabilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams
