As a Medical Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence. You will engage with doctors, pharmacists, and medical facilities to provide product education and ensure that our solutions effectively meet the needs of patients. Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Promote and explain pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals to ensure product awareness and proper usage.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets within the designated Bogor territory.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Gather market intelligence and report on competitor activities and market trends.
- Organize and participate in medical seminars, product launches, and regional conferences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases and activity reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C/A) and own a personal vehicle.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the Bogor area.
- High level of integrity, professional appearance, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications for reporting purposes.
- Prior experience as a Medical Representative is an advantage but not mandatory.
