Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to generate product demand within the cardiology segment.
- Identify and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, cardiologists, and hospital procurement departments.
- Deliver professional product presentations and technical demonstrations to medical staff.
- Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned territories.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to implement product launch campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Provide insightful market intelligence and competitor analysis to the management team.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with healthcare industry regulations and internal compliance policies.
- Organize and facilitate medical education events and product workshops for clinical staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare field.
- Proven track record of success in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, specifically in the cardiovascular or cardiology niche.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian healthcare market and hospital networks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills for market mapping and territory management.
- High level of professional integrity and commitment to ethical sales practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team success.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
