Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals in the assigned Bogor territory.
- Conduct regular product presentations and educational sessions for healthcare professionals to ensure product awareness and proper usage.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for our ethical product lines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare sector developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in the company CRM.
- Collaborate with the area sales manager to execute strategic marketing initiatives and regional sales campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field (or equivalent sales experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred; fresh graduates with high motivation are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with medical professionals.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and pharmaceutical sales cycle.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Domiciled in or willing to be assigned to the Bogor area.
