Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to promote Combiphar’s ethical product portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with doctors, medical staff, and key stakeholders.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding product specifications, usage, and clinical benefits to healthcare professionals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the Jakarta Timur area.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and territory performance.
- Organize and participate in medical seminars, product launches, and professional conferences to increase brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or any related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in the Ethical pharmaceutical sector (fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Must possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
- Strong willingness to travel extensively within the Jakarta Timur territory.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and highly self-motivated personality.
