In this role, you will be the bridge between our innovative medical solutions and healthcare professionals, driving brand awareness and achieving significant sales targets across Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Bandung.
As a Medical Representative, you will cultivate long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators. You will be responsible for executing strategic sales plans, providing comprehensive product education, and ensuring that our medical solutions reach those who need them most. Tanggung Jawab
- Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to maintain strong professional relationships.
- Organize and facilitate product presentations and medical seminars for healthcare providers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using the company's CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical industry regulations and company ethical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or any related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative (fresh graduates with high motivation are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C/A) and own a vehicle.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and medical terminology.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Ability to travel frequently across Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Bandung regions.
