Tanggung Jawab

  • Promote and sell medical products to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, hospitals) within the assigned territory of Balikpapan and surrounding areas.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare providers.
  • Conduct product presentations and detailing sessions to educate medical professionals on product features and benefits.
  • Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and promotional events.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing insightful reports to the management team.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and achieve business objectives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Biology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry in Kalimantan Timur, specifically Balikpapan.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A or C) and own a vehicle for field visits.
  • Proficient in English (both written and verbal) is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
