We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur.

Compensation and Benefits:

Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell medical products to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, hospitals) within the assigned territory of Balikpapan and surrounding areas.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare providers.
- Conduct product presentations and detailing sessions to educate medical professionals on product features and benefits.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and promotional events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing insightful reports to the management team.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and achieve business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Biology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry in Kalimantan Timur, specifically Balikpapan.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A or C) and own a vehicle for field visits.
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal) is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
