Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy owners.
- Actively promote and present medical product portfolios to key healthcare stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets within the assigned Subang territory.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily/weekly sales reports and call logs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and product education.
- Manage inventory distribution and order processing for assigned pharmacy accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Deep understanding of the local pharmacy landscape in Subang and surrounding areas.
- Strong initiative, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the designated regional territory.
