Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base within the designated territory.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to present product solutions.
- Identify and qualify new leads to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations and training to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and feedback to the management team regarding market performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical marketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Bekasi and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales reporting tools.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and professional grooming.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle.
