Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell medical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and clinic administrators
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business
- Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions to highlight product benefits and clinical applications
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and materials
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across Jakarta
- Strong analytical skills for market research and territory planning
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
