Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to demonstrate the clinical value of our medical solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using our internal reporting systems.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market demand and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Nursing, or a related medical/health science field.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role within the medical/pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor suitable for clinical environments.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to travel as required for client visits and business development activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and professional reporting tools.
- High self-motivation, integrity, and the ability to work independently in the field.
