As our representative in the Pemalang region, you will be the face of Novell Pharmaceutical. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, managing key professional relationships, and ensuring our products reach the doctors and patients who need them most. Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan and execute daily sales visits to hospitals, pharmacies, medical outlets, and individual physician practices.
  • Deliver professional product presentations to doctors and medical professionals to educate them on drug efficacy and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regional product demand.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and distribution goals set by the company.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and market intelligence through our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the distribution and logistics team to ensure product availability in designated outlets.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a medical-related field is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and professional English.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C or SIM A) and a reliable personal vehicle.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in the Pemalang region.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
