In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the highest standards of healthcare delivery, patient safety, and clinical excellence across our state-of-the-art facilities.

As the Medical Service Manager, you will collaborate closely with clinical chiefs, nursing heads, and administrative leaders to streamline medical services, maintain regulatory compliance, and champion patient-centric care pathways. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily medical service operations to ensure compliance with clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
  • Coordinate with Centers of Excellence to optimize clinical service delivery and patient experience.
  • Manage and evaluate the performance of medical staff, clinical specialists, and general practitioners.
  • Ensure full compliance with national healthcare regulations, KARS accreditation standards, and clinical governance.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clinical departments, nursing units, and administrative management.
  • Lead continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives to enhance medical service efficiency.
  • Handle patient feedback and medical-legal inquiries professionally and ethically.

Kualifikasi

  • Medical Doctor (Dokter Umum) degree with a valid, active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi).
  • Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration (MARS) or Public Health (MKM) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of working experience in a hospital management or medical leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and hospital accreditation (KARS) processes.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and crisis-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
