Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of all ancillary medical departments to ensure efficiency and high-quality care.
- Develop and implement strategic protocols for medical support services, including laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy interfaces.
- Ensure full compliance with local healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal safety protocols.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and medical supply procurement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for operational improvement and cost-containment.
- Manage and mentor departmental staff, fostering a culture of professional development and exceptional service.
- Coordinate with external medical partners and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and contract adherence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a hospital or clinical medical facility.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and medical service standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated experience in operational budget management and resource optimization.
- Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and standard office software applications.
