Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of all medical equipment including MRI, CT scanners, and surgical devices
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime
- Lead a team of biomedical technicians, providing technical guidance and training
- Ensure compliance with JCI and Indonesian Ministry of Health standards
- Manage equipment procurement, vendor relationships, and inventory control
- Coordinate with clinical departments to resolve equipment-related issues
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports for leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital equipment maintenance
- Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and safety protocols
- Leadership experience managing technical teams
- Certification in biomedical equipment maintenance (CBET preferred)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex medical systems
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
