PT Syaharani is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Technical Support professional to join our dynamic team in Surabaya. In this critical role, you will act as a bridge between our medical technology solutions and clinical success. You will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance during orthopedic surgical procedures, ensuring that our equipment functions optimally to improve patient outcomes.

You will play a vital role in supporting surgeons and healthcare staff in high-pressure environments, requiring precision, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site technical support and clinical assistance during orthopedic surgical procedures.
- Ensure proper assembly, calibration, and troubleshooting of surgical equipment before and during operations.
- Coordinate with hospital staff to ensure equipment availability and readiness for surgical schedules.
- Maintain comprehensive records of equipment usage, maintenance logs, and service reports.
- Educate medical personnel on the safe and effective operation of our orthopedic technology.
- Monitor surgical outcomes related to device performance to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the sales and clinical teams to resolve technical issues swiftly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related Medical field.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative, Technical Support, or Clinical Specialist, preferably in Orthopedics.
- Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and hospital operating room protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support surgeons and medical staff.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under the pressure of an operating theatre environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for real-time technical troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
