Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and complex laboratory testing across various disciplines with high accuracy.
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Execute quality control (QC) procedures and document all analytical results systematically.
- Troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
- Manage the inventory of laboratory reagents and essential consumables.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to streamline workflow and improve diagnostic turnaround times.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant clinical laboratory experience is highly preferred (Senior level requires proven supervisory or specialized experience).
- Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and automated diagnostic equipment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and data integrity.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
