Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, overhauls, and troubleshooting on John Deere tractors, harvesters, and other agricultural machinery.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and hydraulic system failures accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Repair and replace faulty components, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and hydraulics.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance are performed in strict accordance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients regarding equipment status and service requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery, specifically John Deere equipment.
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related technical field.
- In-depth knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and power transmission systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
