Your main focus will be ensuring the reliability and performance of tractors, harvesters, and other specialized equipment. You will diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic faults using advanced diagnostic tools and software, performing complex repairs and overhauls to the highest quality standards. Field service support will require you to travel to customer sites throughout Lampung, providing on-site solutions that keep our clients' operations running smoothly. Accuracy in documenting service records and communicating effectively with the service team and customers is essential for success in this role.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background, preferably with specific experience in agricultural or heavy equipment mechanics. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on tractors, harvesters, and other John Deere equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic faults using advanced diagnostic tools and software.
- Execute complex repairs and overhauls on engines, transmissions, powertrains, and hydraulic systems.
- Ensure all service work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain accurate service records, including parts usage, labor hours, and diagnostic findings.
- Communicate technical issues and repair recommendations clearly to the Service Advisor and customers.
- Manage and organize tools, equipment, and parts inventory for field and workshop operations.
- Provide excellent on-site field service support to clients in various locations throughout Lampung.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanic, specifically in heavy equipment or agricultural machinery.
- Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology.
- Extensive knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and power transmission.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic software and computerized maintenance management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Lampung region for field assignments.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is mandatory.
