Tanggung Jawab
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients using evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, or Person-Centered Therapy).
- Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with international standards of practice.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other multidisciplinary team members to provide integrated care.
- Facilitate crisis intervention strategies as required to ensure client safety and well-being.
- Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Participate in regular peer supervision and professional development workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid professional license or certification to practice as a counselor in your home country or Indonesia.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a professional mental health setting.
- Strong proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of cultural sensitivity and clinical ethics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse international client base.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team environment.
