As a Merchandiser, you will lead the development of innovative merchandising strategies, coordinate with international clients, and oversee the lifecycle of textile orders from inquiry to shipment. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive merchandising strategies to drive sales and market penetration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, managing inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
- Coordinate seamlessly with production, quality control, and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of high-quality textile products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements to our product catalog and pricing strategies.
- Manage the entire sampling process, ensuring that customer requirements are met with precision and speed.
- Maintain accurate records of production status and provide regular reports to management.
- Participate in trade exhibitions and client meetings to represent the Indo Taichen brand.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in textile merchandising or export marketing, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong command of English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with international partners.
- Deep understanding of the textile manufacturing process, fabric types, and production lead times.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP software for inventory and order management.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
