Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end merchandising process from order receipt to final shipment.
- Coordinate closely with the production, sampling, and quality control departments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor and track production status, ensuring compliance with client specifications and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with domestic and international buyers regarding order progress and technical requirements.
- Analyze production costs and material consumption to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on order status, shipments, and inventory levels for management review.
- Resolve any issues arising during the production or procurement process promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in garment merchandising or production planning.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric types, and production processes.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Willing to be based in Bandung, Jawa Barat.
