Are you a high-energy professional with a passion for relationship building and business growth? Dwi Cermat Indonesia is currently seeking a motivated Merchant Relation Officer to join our expanding team in Palu. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our SME offline merchant partners, playing a pivotal role in ensuring their success and driving business performance through our Merchant Apps ecosystem.
You will be responsible for nurturing local partnerships, onboarding new merchants, and ensuring that our partners are fully equipped to leverage our digital tools. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service to the SME community in Sulawesi Tengah.
Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with SME offline merchants in the designated area.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and activation targets as defined by regional management.
- Conduct regular site visits to provide on-site training and technical support for the Merchant App.
- Monitor merchant performance and identify opportunities to increase transaction volume.
- Gather merchant feedback and market insights to improve service quality and app features.
- Educate merchants on current promotions, loyalty programs, and business tools provided by Dwi Cermat Indonesia.
- Ensure high standards of brand representation and professional conduct during all merchant interactions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales, account management, or customer relationship management (CRM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the local SME landscape in Palu and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in using mobile applications and basic office software.
- High level of self-motivation, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle is preferred.
