As a key member of our processing team, you will be responsible for optimizing extraction and refining processes, ensuring the highest standards of operational efficiency and safety. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to improve recovery rates and metallurgical performance in our high-capacity mining facility.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize metallurgical processes to ensure maximum recovery and efficiency in the mineral processing plant.
- Conduct regular sampling, testing, and chemical analysis of ores and metallurgical products.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements or innovative technical solutions.
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure all metallurgical equipment is performing within defined specifications.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and corporate compliance standards.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and progress updates for senior management.
- Participate in research and development initiatives focused on enhancing yield and reducing processing costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are Licensed Metallurgists.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, industrial mining environment.
- Proficiency in metallurgical software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, specialized process control software).
- Willingness to be based in Toledo City, Cebu.
